Refunds (Within 30 Days)
A $25 fee applies to Frame Only orders (waived for exchanges), while Prescription Orders incur a $75 deduction for custom lab and logistics costs.

Our Error: 100% accuracy guaranteed. If our lab misses your Rx details, we provide a free remake immediately.
Customer Error (“Oops” Protection): Provided an outdated Rx? We offer a one-time discounted Re-fabrication Fee (typically starting at CAD $40.00).
Important Conditions:
Condition: All items must be returned in unworn, original condition with all tags and packaging attached to be eligible for exchange or refund.
Verification: A valid copy of your prescription is required for all remake claims.
Damaged Items: Contact support@tritonpi.com with a photo immediately upon receipt. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
