When should I expect to receive my order?
Our process involves custom production and quality control before final shipment from our Vancouver hub. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible: Frame Only Orders: Expect delivery within 10–12 business days. Prescription Orders: Due to custom lens production and fitting, expect delivery within 14–17 business days. TritonPi is committed to meeting these estimated timelines. Please note that shipping restrictions or high order volume during peak season may occasionally cause delays, but we prioritize accurate and timely fulfillment.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, a notification email will be sent to your email address, including the tracking number. Alternatively, you can always find your order tracking information by logging in to our website and checking the “Track Order” section.
